Learn about dyeing wool and make felt

On 10th and 17th November Moving On is running two workshops which will teach you about dyeing wool using natural things like red cabbage! The second one will show you how make felt using wool. Felt making is one of the most enjoyable things you can do with wool, there is masses you can do to create great textures, colours and shapes. Lots happening

There is a Creative Writing accredited course starting at the end of November - this will be fun and you will learn lots in a supported way. Get in touch if you would like to join this, only 10 places available. Give me a call on 01392 422938.

Lots of things happening

Moving On is up and running! We have five "Core Groups" running - see the website for more details or get in touch by email to find out what these are.

There are also masses of short project groups that will be coming your way. We have photography, mask making, portraits, textile art, sculpture, singing, making music and we are looking at drama and loads more! It is all on the website which is being updated as I write this.

We are planning a really great course that will be "accredited" by the National Open College Network - this is a 2 D art course, so will involve drawing, painting and lots more. Watch this space for more details after 6th September.

Tea and Cakes for Carers

All carers (i.e people who care for family members and friends at home) are welcome to come to Exeter Phoenix on Monday March 22nd at 2.15 for tea and cakes to find out what Moving On can do, to tell us what you want from us.
