Find out more about Moving On at http://www.magiccarpet-arts.org.uk/MovingOn.htm
ReplyDeleteSo far ...... I have been to Thursday Club, Snapdragon, Drama Moves and Creative Change. I have painted faces, made sunflowers, collaged flower pots, had drum conversations and coloured trees! I have started to sign up people for the moving on groups, visit the website to find out more.
ReplyDeleteWent to Magical Moves, great to have a chance to express myself in a non verbal way. Also good to meet up with some people I have not seen for a year or two, if this is work I like it! It was also good to introduce the idea of Moving On and to reassure folk that it is not about getting people back to work - its about new opportunities to do all sorts of things.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like the first Moving On groups will begin in the week of April 12th - 16th, keep an eye open to find out what they are and where they are.

ReplyDeleteI am thinking about starting a Creative Writing group at a venue in the centre of Exeter - is anyone out there interested?
ReplyDeleteI am getting interest from people who want to do photography, please let me know if you are also interested in this as I think I know a way of making it happen.

Send me an email at cre@magiccarpet-arts.co.uk or call on 01392 422838.

ReplyDeleteIf you are into doing big art then BIG ART is for you. A group that runs on Monday afternoons between 1 - 3pm that will be making murals, mosaics, banners etc for public places. This is open to all Moving On people.
